In order to capitalize on the emerging music and art scene radiating from the region, it is important to train, market, and monetize the movement artists, musicians, and crafters. To do this, we will create FREE ARTIST COLLECTIVE (working title). In order to successfully launch FREE ARTIST COLLECTIVE, we will build a community center called THE GREEN ROOM (working title). The perfect building would need parking, open studio space, work space, and an experienced manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Executive Team <> Coordinators <> Talent <> Ambassadors <> Prospects
The CEO will be responsible for approving MASTER PLAN and being the official representative for LLC / Non Profit
The Creative Director will be responsible for creating and executing the MASTER PLAN. Will also be a legal representative for FREE ARTIST COLLECTIVE.
Talent Coordinator:
Public Relations Coordinator:
Media Coordinator:
Retail Coordinator:
Wardrobe Coordinator:
Sponsorship Coordinator:
Non-profit Coordinator:
Webmaster:
Investment vs. Return
Many of the positions above can be done on a volunteer basis and responsibilities can be shared / absorbed during growth of the FREE ARTIST COLLECTIVE. It is however important to have expenses paid for key staff members in order to maintain company loyalty. Two people operating the MASTER PLAN will cost $5,000 per month. This number not only includes salary, but also transportation, networking expenses, and industry tools.
With $5,000 per month going into residual expenses, a reasonable income would be $12,000 per month. This breaks down to about $3,000 per week or $400 per day. With two full time employees and a team of commission based contractors, this is a very realistic goal. In order to achieve this income, we will need multiple revenue sources. The revenue streams would look much like a menu. Our company has an edge over competitors in that it will be a digital marketing agency in addition to an entertainment provider. The sales team would be trained to discover where a business lacks in their branding and marketing then direct them towards the sales material describing that “menu item”. Our entertainers can get us in the door for monthly contracts serving Google & Social Ads. It is very realistic to get 25 businesses to pay $500 per month which would fulfill the $12,000 monthly minimum. Once the target is met, every new account will be pure profit. This plan can be scaled further using commision-based sales reps and service based contractors.

Timeline & Scope of Work
Legal Documents <> Branding <> Recruitment & Training <> Execution <> Analysis <> Adapt
The next few months are very important for gaining traction leading into busy season. Booking agents are going through their contact lists as we speak allocating budgets for upcoming events. It is imperative to move quickly ensuring to capitalize on Season 1 of our partnership. Additionally, I can not sit idle waiting for opportunities to develop. I intentionally keep my schedule open in order to develop my business plans, but feel confident that my ideas are ready to sell. The window is open to make a move and I am presenting this opportunity because I believe we are a good fit based on location, interests, and dedication.
These are the generic steps for the next few months:
The legal documents will include LLC / Non Profit Paperwork, Partnership Agreement, Building Leases, Contractor Agreement, Non Compete Agreement, and Bank Account.
After these documents are agreed upon, branding will begin. This includes logo, flyers, business cards, promo and training videos, web sites, and more.
Once these are designed, they will be distributed amongst current associates and their respective networks in order to recruit a dedicated team. Each recruit will agree to our ambassador terms then be trained on execution of their individual tasks.
Once trained, each ambassador will be given a specific list of tasks that fit their skills, experience, and interests. These tasks will work in accordance with THE MASTER PLAN to generate income for FREE ARTIST COLLECTIVE.
Periodically, ambassadors’ productivity will be reviewed, along with the collective’s work in sum. These reviews will be organized and structured for easy interpretation and delivered to the CEO.
This information will be used to adapt the plan and personnel as needed. After 6 months, a new contractor agreement will be created between the collective and Matt Tyrrell. ____________________________________________________________________________
Summary
THE MASTER PLAN is the highest authority and purpose of the partnership between The company and Matt Tyrrell. The goal will be to generate income by using artists and entertainers. In order to advance the plan, the FREE ARTIST COLLECTIVE will operate out of THE GREEN ROOM. The initial six months of the partnership will cost $5,000 per month for the budgeted expenses of Creative Director and Assistant. After the initial six months start up phase, the contract will be renegotiated.
